HAP launches an innovative Text Service for Apprentices in the Humber
HAP is proud to announce a fantastic new service available to Apprentices across the Humber sub-region.
HAP-TxTs gives you the opportunity to:
· Pose questions to the panel
· Praise your training provider
· What would improve your Apprenticeship?
· Have a problem with your employer or provider
· Suggestions for your provider?
HAP – TxTs provides Apprentices with the opportunity to have their voice heard. To complement the HAP website and forum, this new service enables Apprentices & Advanced Apprentices from across the Humber sub-region to text HAP followed by any queries, worries, concerns or praise of a Apprenticeship provider or assessor anonymously to 07537 402 400.
On a monthly basis Apprenticeship provider’s across the Humber sub-region will be informed of any positive or negative feedback to assist the Apprenticeship provider the opportunity to use the data to help inform their Learner Involvement Strategy.
Should an Apprentice have a more general query, HAP facilitator will issue a response via text helping giving he/she the information they need, in the majority of cases Apprentices will be signposted to the HAP forum.
