"It has long been recognised that it is very difficult to canvas the view of learners in Apprenticeship Placements due to the nature of training taking place within a variety of employers. It has proven to be very beneficial for the LSC to be able to work with the Humber Apprentice Panel on policy development . The panel has had an impact on in a number of areas, which include, the recently formed National Apprenticeship Service and taking part in the research on the evaluation and impact of Learner Involvement Strategies which can directly impact on a learners experience within the employer setting.”
