“Representatives from HAP are making valuable contributions to way future Ofsted inspections will look. This includes working alongside the development team from learning and skills in Ofsted to look at ways to ensure that more learners have the chance to feed their views to inspection teams in the future. This has included group session to share the ideas for inspection as well a session when HAP Members trained inspectors how to use message boards- one of the ways of contact with learners that Ofsted is looking at using in future inspections.” Kath Townsley—Ofsted
